Welcome to the ASC Data Submission Hub
The ASC Data Submission Hub provides data submission instructions for farms, feed mills and suppliers.
ASC collects data from client operations as part of the ASC Certification Programme and related services. This data is critical for use in verification, demonstration of impacts, programme development, and associated activities. ASC does not share sensitive or personal data of any kind and adheres to a strict ASC Data Sharing Policy.
The ASC Data Submission Procedure defines the roles and responsibilities for Clients,
CABs and ASC in the submission of data; the annexes define the specific requirements.
- Annex 1: ASC Farm Standard Data Requirements
- Annex 2: ASC Feed Standard v1.2 Data Requirements (in development)
- Annex 3: TraceASC Data Requirements v1.0
Data shall be submitted through the MyASC Certification Portal.
If you are a producer, feed mill or supply chain actor and need access to the portal or have related questions, please contact: data@asc-aqua.org.
For certification against the ASC Farm Standard, data reporting requirements are detailed in the calculator provided and vary by applicability of the farming operations.
These include:
- Species group
- Production system type
- the Water type the farm is located in,
- whether the species is Feed dependent,
- the receiving Waterbody type, and
- the Production method.
Using the Data Reporting Calculator: Select from the filters provided to isolate the applicable data reporting requirements based on the variables of your system.
Selecting all filters will deliver the best results
The resulting table will detail the reporting topics, associated Indicator numbers,
frequency and timing of submission, reporting level and temporal coverage, and a link to the required reporting templates and webforms in the MyASC Certification Portal.

ASC distinguishes between the following production methods:
All-in all-out operation: Production units at the same farm site are stocked and fully harvested in specific production cycles. All site production units are following between production cycles.
Continuous operation: Production units at the same farm site are stocked and fully harvested independently from each other, resulting in continuous rotation of production units and harvesting at the site.
Continuous stocking operation: Production units at the same farm site are continuously stocked and harvested, without fully harvesting production units between production cycles. Animals in culture are in different stages in the production unit with regular harvesting of larger animals. The production units are regularly restocked with new seedlings and not fully drained.

The waterbody type classification of the receiving body is based on Hydraulic Retention Time, Flow rate and Total Suspended Solids following the procedure of Appendix 8.5 of the ASC Farm Standard.
Calculator outputs applicable to Farm Standard version 1.0.1A2.
